These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luckyy Studios website, CloverCast Web, CloverCast Desktop and related CloverCast services.
Effective date: 1 September 2026 · Last updated: 1 September 2026
CloverCast is a creator and streaming management application provided by Luckyy Studios. Features may include creator dashboards, chat and event tools, overlays, automation, analytics, OBS integration, Dual PC/remote controls, licensing and integrations with services such as Twitch, YouTube/Google and Kick.
By creating an account, downloading or using CloverCast, connecting a third-party service, purchasing a paid plan or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CloverCast.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise. You must not share credentials or licence keys in a way that circumvents CloverCast's licensing or security controls.
You may use CloverCast only if you are legally permitted to do so and meet any minimum-age requirements imposed by applicable law and the third-party platforms you connect. You must use CloverCast lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
CloverCast can integrate with third-party services. Your use of YouTube, Google, Twitch, Kick, OBS and other services remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, community rules and privacy practices. Luckyy Studios does not control those services and cannot guarantee that their APIs, permissions or features will remain available or unchanged.
When you connect a platform, you authorize CloverCast to use the permissions you approve to provide the corresponding CloverCast features. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected-platform data and actions complies with that platform's rules.
By using CloverCast features that access YouTube or Google APIs, you acknowledge that those features depend on Google services and the permissions you grant. You can revoke CloverCast's access through your Google Account permissions. CloverCast's handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and is intended to comply with applicable Google API Services policies.
Some features may require CloverCast Pro or another paid licence. A licence is personal to the account or customer to which it is issued and may be limited to a stated number of active devices. You must not resell, publish, duplicate, manipulate or bypass licence keys, activation limits or entitlement checks.
Features, device limits, prices and plan inclusions are those displayed when you subscribe or activate the relevant plan and may be changed for future purchases. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring fees until cancellation. Taxes may apply. You can cancel using the available billing/account controls where provided. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for time already supplied, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
CloverCast is actively developed. We may release updates, patches, security fixes, new features, changed integrations or compatibility updates. Certain updates may be required to continue using connected services safely. Third-party API changes can require CloverCast features to be modified, temporarily disabled or removed.
You must not use CloverCast to break applicable law; harass or harm others; send unlawful or abusive content; compromise accounts or systems; evade platform restrictions; scrape or access data without permission; abuse third-party APIs; impersonate another person or service; distribute malware; interfere with CloverCast security; reverse engineer security or licensing mechanisms except where applicable law expressly permits it; or use the service in a way likely to damage Luckyy Studios, CloverCast, connected platforms or other users.
You remain responsible for your streams, messages, automations, overlays, media and other content or actions initiated through CloverCast. Connecting CloverCast to a platform does not transfer ownership of your content to Luckyy Studios. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for content you publish or automate.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but CloverCast is provided subject to maintenance, updates, internet availability, local computer configuration and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features identified as beta, preview, planned, approval-required or dependent on third-party access may be incomplete or unavailable.
Features that control OBS, scenes, overlays, automations or remote systems can cause immediate changes to your broadcast or computer setup. You are responsible for reviewing configurations before using them during a live broadcast and for maintaining appropriate backups and security for local network credentials.
CloverCast, Luckyy Studios branding, application code, site design and associated materials are owned by Luckyy Studios or its licensors except for third-party trademarks, libraries and content. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use CloverCast for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of CloverCast intellectual property.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate suspected fraud or enforce these Terms. You may stop using CloverCast and, where available, delete your account or cancel your subscription at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, CloverCast is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every third-party integration will always function, that analytics will be error-free, or that CloverCast will prevent stream interruptions, lost content, platform enforcement or configuration mistakes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luckyy Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of CloverCast, including lost broadcasts, revenue, data or opportunities, where such limitation is lawful. Any liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
We may update these Terms as CloverCast develops. The current version and update date will be published here. If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
These Terms operate subject to applicable consumer, privacy and other mandatory laws. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Luckyy Studios through the contact/support methods published on luckyystudios.com.
