This Privacy Policy explains how Luckyy Studios ("Luckyy Studios", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the Luckyy Studios website, CloverCast Web, CloverCast Desktop and connected platform features (together, "CloverCast").

This policy applies to visitors to luckyystudios.com and users of CloverCast. CloverCast is a creator and streaming management application that can connect to third-party services including Google/YouTube, Twitch, Kick, OBS and payment providers where those features are enabled.
Depending on the features you use, we may process account information such as your email address, display name, account identifiers, plan and subscription status; licence and device activation records; application preferences and configuration; security and diagnostic information; and connection metadata required to operate integrations.
When you connect a third-party platform, we may receive OAuth access or refresh tokens, platform account identifiers, usernames, profile/channel information and data made available through the permissions you approve. We do not ask you to provide your third-party account password to CloverCast.
When you choose to connect YouTube using Google OAuth, CloverCast accesses only the Google/YouTube data permitted by the scopes you approve and required for the features presented in CloverCast. Depending on the permissions granted, this can include your YouTube channel identity and profile information, channel statistics such as subscriber/video/view totals, video and livestream information, live broadcast status and analytics or live-chat information made available by the YouTube APIs.
CloverCast uses Google/YouTube user data to authenticate your connected YouTube account and provide user-facing CloverCast features such as displaying your channel, stream status, creator statistics, videos, livestream information, analytics and supported chat/event information. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, or to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
CloverCast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you connect Twitch or Kick, CloverCast may process the profile, channel, livestream, chat/event, analytics and other creator information allowed by the permissions you grant. These connections are optional. The exact information available depends on the platform, its API and the permissions approved by you.
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide CloverCast Web and Desktop functionality; connect the services you explicitly authorize; show streaming, creator, chat, event and analytics information; operate overlays and automations you configure; verify CloverCast licences and subscriptions; maintain Dual PC and remote companion features; provide support; prevent abuse; diagnose errors; and improve the reliability and user-facing functionality of CloverCast.
OAuth tokens and integration credentials required for connected features are stored server-side or in the relevant application configuration and are used only to communicate with the service you authorized. We do not intentionally expose OAuth refresh tokens or client secrets through public pages. You can disconnect supported integrations from CloverCast, and you may also revoke access through the relevant platform's account/security controls.
We do not sell Google user data or other personal information. We do not share or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, data-broker, credit, lending or unrelated purposes. Information may be processed by service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate CloverCast, provide infrastructure, process payments, secure the service or comply with law. Connected platform data may also be sent back to that platform when you deliberately use a feature that requires an API action.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights and integrity of users, CloverCast or Luckyy Studios.
Where paid CloverCast features are offered, payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Luckyy Studios may retain customer, transaction, subscription and billing-status identifiers needed to administer your plan, but we do not intend to store complete payment-card details on CloverCast servers.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. These can include access controls, password hashing, HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, restricted server-side storage of integration credentials, authentication controls, rate limiting, security logging and software updates. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide CloverCast, maintain security and records, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Connected-platform tokens and associated connection records are retained while the connection is active or until they are deleted, revoked, expire or are no longer needed. Some transient event, chat and diagnostic information may be retained for shorter operational periods.
You may disconnect supported connected accounts from CloverCast and revoke CloverCast's Google access from your Google Account permissions. You may also request deletion of your Luckyy Studios/CloverCast account and associated personal information, subject to information we must retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing or accounting purposes. Where self-service deletion is available, it can be initiated through the account area.
Revoking a platform connection prevents future API access using that authorization. Data already retained by us will be deleted or anonymised according to the retention rules above unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
CloverCast and luckyystudios.com may use essential cookies, sessions or local application/browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences and application functionality. Where non-essential analytics or similar technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated and any consent required by applicable law will be requested.
Internet services and connected platform providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the information being processed.
CloverCast is intended for users who are legally able to use the relevant streaming platforms and enter into these terms. We do not knowingly design CloverCast to collect personal information from children below the minimum age required by applicable law or the connected platform.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification.
We may update this Privacy Policy as CloverCast develops, integrations change or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects how connected-platform data is used, we will update the relevant disclosures before applying the new use.
