CloverClipper 0.6.9 Is Ready for Early Access
CloverClipper v0.6.9
CloverClipper has moved from a single-channel pilot into a working multi-creator test build. The Windows app now opens directly into CloverClipper, the shared CloverClipperBot can listen across authorised channels, and clips stay attached to the correct Luckyy Studios account.
A dedicated CloverClipper app
- The Windows build uses a dedicated CloverClipper login and opens straight into the clip workspace after sign-in.
- The web workspace remains available for creators who prefer a browser, while the desktop build keeps the experience focused on CloverClipper rather than the wider Luckyy Studios website.
One shared bot, separate creators
- CloverClipperBot is managed by Luckyy Studios and is connected once as the shared chat identity.
- Each creator connects only their own Twitch broadcaster account and can enable !clip, chat announcements, cooldowns and an optional emote trigger.
- Live multi-user testing confirmed separate broadcaster channels can be active at the same time.
Clips stay in the right library
- Each creator has an account-scoped clip library.
- A live two-account test confirmed a clip created from one Twitch channel was saved only to that creator’s Luckyy Studios library, and the reverse direction also worked.
- Creators can rename saved clip links locally or remove them from their library without changing the Twitch clip title.
Pay what you want
- CloverClipper is offered as Pay What You Want.
- The suggested amount is £1.99, but creators can choose £0 and download the Windows build free.
- Optional support helps fund continued development without turning the basic clipping workflow into a subscription.
What is next
- The next releases will focus on public polish, wider real-world testing and clearer setup/status messaging.
- OBS clip playback and cloud video storage are not part of the current release and will not be advertised as shipped until they are implemented and tested.
